Cancellation of a one-time class:
Cancellations made 7 calendar days or more prior to the scheduled class or event will qualify for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 7 days but at least 24 hours prior to the class will not be eligible for a refund. However, you have the flexibility to transfer your registration to an alternative class date* or designate a substitute student to attend in your place.
Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
*If you decide to transfer your registration to another class date - it MUST be within 3 months of the original class date. We will only reschedule you 1 time! If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date your registration will be forfeited.

Cancellation of a private class:
For private events, the cancellation policy applies to the event as a whole. Individual student cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Cancellation Timeline:

Cancellations received after the 7-day period but at least 24 hours before the class will be eligible for either a 50% refund or the option to reschedule the event. Rescheduling must occur within 3 months of the original class date.
Cancellations or a private event made with less than 24 hours notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
