Due to high demand - our wait list guidelines have changed (Jan 2025). Please read thoroughly.
Priority is given to those people who have taken a Wheel Night Out (one-time pottery wheel) class at Central Clay Studio!
If you have not taken a Wheel Night Out class at Central Clay Studio - you will be added to the waitlist, but we cannot guarantee if we will ever get to your name on the list.
Our Wheel Night Out classes are popular and can sell out quickly. If you’re interested in a 6 week class go ahead and join the waitlist and schedule your Wheel Night Out when you can. THEN once you’ve taken your class please resubmit this form with updated info and the date of the class. We’ll move you up to priority after we receive that updated form.
If you joined the waitlist before Jan 15th, 2025 and have not taken a Wheel Night Out class with us, please do so! We will keep you on the list, but we cannot guarantee if we will ever get to your name on the list.

Welcome to our Adult Beginners Potter’s Wheel Waitlist!
Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience with pottery, this class is designed to ignite your creativity and develop your skills in the world of pottery. Our expert instructor will guide you through a variety of techniques, allowing you to create beautiful ceramic pieces and explore the art of clay manipulation.
Class Details:
Duration: 6 weeks
Frequency: Once a week
Class Schedule:
Tuesday 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.
or Thursday 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.Age: 18 and up
Class Fee:
Total Cost: $235 (includes all materials and open studio time)

Instructor-led demonstrations and step-by-step guidance
Opportunities to work on your own projects and ideas
All necessary clay, glaze, and firing materials provided
Open studio time included in class fee
Open Studio Time:
We understand the importance of practice and experimentation. As a student of the Beginners Potter’s Wheel class, you will have access to our studio during designated open studio hours. This is your chance to continue working on your projects, hone your skills, and bring your pottery visions to life. Open studio hours will be provided to registered students.

Priority Access: Current 6 week students receive first priority for upcoming class openings.
Be the Next In Line: Once current students secure their spots, we fill classes from the waitlist with priority given to those people who have taken a Wheel Night Out class with us.
Update Your Availability: If at any time your availability for class days or time of year changes, please fill out the waitlist form again. You will not lose your place in line. We prefer to have updated availability and this shows us that you still have interest in classes.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT OUR WAITLIST IS VERY LONG. WE MAY NEVER GET TO YOUR NAME ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN A WHEEL NIGHT OUT CLASS WITH US. We don’t want to discourage people, but do want to set expectations and be realistic. Our capacity has been at maximum for the last 4 years. We’re so happy that people are interested in pottery classes!
